Terms of Service
These terms describe the scope and appropriate use of BaziSphere's chart calculator, account records, case library and AI features.
Service scope and availability
The site provides BaZi calendar calculations and chart displays. Saved records, case access, AI reports, follow-up questions and fortune features depend on account permissions, quotas and the services currently enabled.
Features and availability may change during development. Check the relevant page for the current scope rather than assuming that every described capability is available to every account.
Your inputs and account
Check birth details, calendar type, UTC offset and correction settings before relying on a chart. Only provide another person's information when you have an appropriate basis to do so.
Keep your sign-in session and report links secure. Where enabled, Google sign-in uses a verified email address to identify the account. Read the privacy policy before saving records or requesting AI analysis, including its explanation of public cases.
Membership and payments
Online payment processing has not been connected. Membership pages describe current plans and development-stage access rules. They do not provide a working payment or subscription checkout.
Payment, refund and invoicing terms must be supplied before paid checkout is introduced. This page does not promise paid report lengths, delivery times or subscription benefits beyond the permissions actually available.
Interpretation and acceptable use
BaZi interpretation is traditional cultural content. It does not guarantee future events and does not replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. AI-generated explanations can contain errors or inconsistencies.
Do not abuse calculation, sign-in or AI endpoints, bypass access limits, access another user's private records or attack the service. Do not present the output as a guaranteed prediction or use it to deceive others.
Updates and questions
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material additions, including online payment, require corresponding service information before launch. Use the contact page for questions about these terms.
