Credits and permanent reading
Credits never expire, even when membership ends. Purchased readings remain readable permanently, independently of the 1/3-chart retention benefit at membership expiry.
Revisit without another charge
Rereading a purchased chart with the same Four Pillars and gender, or changing language, does not spend credits again. Unlimited regeneration, AI chat and annual outlooks are not included.
Refunding unused credits
Unused credits are refunded at the original order’s actual paid price. Spent credits are not refunded automatically.

When do AI chart allowances reset?
Each plan’s allowance resets monthly. Unused allowances do not carry into the next month.
Does opening another topic on the same chart use another allowance?
No. Once a chart is unlocked, its other analysis topics do not take another chart allowance.
What is included in the annual outlook?
The monthly plan includes 1 lifetime-to-age-80 annual outlook per month; the yearly plan adds up to 12 monthly notes for that chart.
What happens to unlocked charts when membership expires?
Up to 1 charts with the monthly plan or 3 with the yearly plan are retained permanently. Selection follows viewing frequency during membership, then the most recent view. Other charts are locked, not deleted; renewing restores access. Personal birth-record storage is a separate policy.
Does regenerating a reading use another allowance?
Yes. Active regeneration reserves one additional chart allowance; it is released if generation fails. Reopening saved content or another topic does not use another allowance.
